01 Introduction

Welcome to dkvip. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dkvip ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dkvip platform — including the website at dkvip.pro, the dkvip mobile app, and all associated gaming and betting services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use dkvip. These Terms apply to all registered players on dkvip regardless of how they access the platform — through a browser, the dkvip app, or any other method.

dkvip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of dkvip after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use dkvip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dkvip does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register accounts on dkvip.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a dkvip employee or contractor.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.
• You must not be self-excluded from dkvip or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers dkvip.

By registering on dkvip, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility rules is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one dkvip account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering on dkvip, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. This information is used to verify your identity, process withdrawals, and comply with our responsible gaming obligations.

• You are responsible for keeping your dkvip login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact dkvip support immediately.
• dkvip will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from dkvip that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your dkvip account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested.
• Account registration on dkvip is free. dkvip does not charge a registration fee.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on dkvip are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dkvip supports a range of local payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh. The available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in your account wallet section.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method.
• dkvip does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — dkvip is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed in your account. Standard processing times are clearly stated for each payment method.
• dkvip reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is to protect your account from unauthorised access.
• Funds deposited into your dkvip wallet may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your dkvip wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

dkvip does not accept deposits made using funds that are not legitimately owned by the account holder. Any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent or illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

05 Bonuses & Vouchers

dkvip offers bonuses, promotions, and vouchers to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are stated clearly for each bonus offer on dkvip.
• Vouchers issued by dkvip are single-use and non-transferable. Each voucher may only be applied to the account for which it was issued.
• dkvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or exploiting offer conditions — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonus funds that remain unused after the stated expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on dkvip — including Mines Gold, Cocktail Nights, Lucky Bingo, Honor of Zuma, and all other titles in the library — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other factor.

Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games on dkvip are independently verified and published within each game's information panel. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

• Each game on dkvip has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's wallet.
• dkvip's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Using any software, script, or tool to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

07 Sports Betting

dkvip offers sports betting markets including tennis, water polo, and other events listed in the sports section of the platform. All sports bets are subject to the following conditions in addition to the general Terms.

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change before the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• dkvip reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or materially altered from the conditions under which the bet was placed.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets cannot be placed during a suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets on dkvip. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Any bet placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed by the dkvip system.
• dkvip reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

08 Responsible Gaming

dkvip is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at any time from the account settings section of dkvip.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your dkvip account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to notify you when you have been playing on dkvip for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break from dkvip for a defined period. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from dkvip. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempting to open a new account while self-excluded is a breach of these Terms.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dkvip. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one account on dkvip, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using dkvip for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or betting market on dkvip to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the dkvip platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets on dkvip.
• Attempting to access another player's dkvip account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward dkvip staff or other players.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

dkvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

• In cases of suspected fraud or Terms breach, dkvip may freeze the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• If an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the account holder after deducting any amounts owed to dkvip.
• Players who wish to close their own dkvip account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
• dkvip will notify the account holder of any suspension or closure by email where possible, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

11 Privacy & Data

dkvip collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on dkvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• dkvip uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal data and wallet balance at all times.
• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data dkvip holds about you. Contact the support team to make a data access request.
• dkvip retains account data for a minimum period required by applicable regulations, even after an account is closed.

12 Limitation of Liability

dkvip provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to dkvip.

• dkvip is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity that are outside our reasonable control.
• dkvip is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes.
• dkvip's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms limits dkvip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

dkvip may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the dkvip platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using dkvip and contact the support team to close your account. Continued use of dkvip after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
